The underwater noise seminary is an annual event that gathers many stakeholders from the marine field. Researchers, developpers, acousticians, lawyers, engineers and associations can take advantage of this time to exchange and discuss together. They address the anthropic impact especially due to the noise coming from ships and permanent buldings.

This meeting is organised jointly by the French General Direction of marins Affairs, fishery and aquaculture (DGAMPA), the Water and Biodiversity Direction (DEB), the French Biodiversity Office (OFB), the Toulon University, and the Mediterranéean marine Prefecture.
